How do I wire a PA system?

I need exacts (what kind of cables to use and what to wire to what) for wiring the following items together: drum module (like a Roland TD20), Behringer Eurorack RX1602 rackmount mixer, Carvin DCM2500 powered amp, Carvin LS1802 Dual 18 inch subwoofer, 2 Carvin LS1523 Passive Loudspeakers, Carvin CG200 Optical Compressor, Carvin EQ2030 Dual Equalizer (1/3 octave), Carvin FX2 24bit processor and a Carvin XC3000 2/3-way stereo processor. Basically what I need to do is be able to hook up some triggers on my drums to a sound system. Please, no stupid answers (you know what these are). I only want helpful answers. Thank you!!!!

The manufacturers of each piece of equipment should have very specific recommendations for connections and wire/cable type. Any deviation from those recommendations should be questioned.

If you don’t have the installation manuals for the listed equipment, the manufacturers usually will have those documents available for download from their web sites. Otherwise, they will generally provide hard copies for a nominal price.
