How much would a Complete Drum Set cost?

I searched it on websites and they cost like $150 but their are videos I saw that had more cymbals. Are you supposed to buy these “attachments” separately?

It really depends on the quality you want. Some sets can cost thousands of dollars, but are really nice. Others are cheaper but sound like complete crap. The cymbals are the things that are really expensive if you get fairly decent ones. They can go up into the hundreds. There are cheap ones, but they sound like pie tins.
Also, bands’ drummers have different drum kits. Rock usually has a lot of toms and a lot of cymbals, and a double bass. So, yes, of course some songs will have “attachments” that you don’t, but it’ll always be that way unless you have every type of drum and every type of cymbal ever invented and a double bass.
If you’re a beginner, I’d go with something not too crappy but not super expensive either. As far as toms go, I’d probably get 2 rack toms and a floor tom. As for cymbals, I’d get a decent crash, ride, and hihats to start and add the china, splash, etc. after you’re more advanced.
You should probably check out your local music store and ask them to show you a few different sets. Ordering offline is sketchy…
