20 years from now will people think of Emo bands the way I think of big hair 80s bands?
I will not lie I can get into a lot of Emo music. There are maybe three “Hair Band” songs that I can tolerate without playing a drum solo on my eardrum with a paperclip. Since Hair Bands were at least as big if not bigger than Emo, and guys with mascara continue to be popular I can only figure that the music changed but the latent “girly man” rock life style lives on.
As a secondary question, does this mean when I disagree with my folks I should listen to John Denver and think about why we think differently?
It’s a given!!!
~Peace~

Bonse ABA $75.12 New – Sizzling with celebratory rhythmic energy, this African folk song loosely translates: “Those that sing have the right to be called the children of God.” The only accompanying instruments are hand drum (treble drum), djembe (bass drum), and shaker, which add authentic flavor and opportunities for improvisation.
